Should I get tested?

So I live in a really remote part of the world and getting tested is going to require I big drive. About 9 months ago I had protected insertive vaginal intercourse and oral with a csw in an area, which is said to have a 25% HIV rate. This is my only exposure in my life and I'm really regretting it. Should I go get tested? Worse case senario she did have HIV. I haven't had symptoms but I know that means nothing
