Should I not Inseminate??

Should I not Inseminate??

Hi Forum.  I posted this in the STD forum, but thought I would do so with in more detail here....

I am a 35yo gay male in a, until recently, eight year monogamous relationship.  Six days ago I met-up with a man from Grindr (an phone hook-up network app). We kissed, he performed oral sex on me, and I masturbated him.  Two days later, I started to feel sensitivity/tingling on my penis which evolved into a generalized burning. It burns when I pee but no more than it has been normally the last few days.  I also feel the strangest tingling sensation between my testicle and anus - it feels like I rubbed Vicks Vaporub.

I continue to be in my relationship and have been avoiding sex.  Also, my partner and I are scheduled to do our first round of artificial insemination (AI) with a surrogate in 4 weeks (i'm the donor).  Two weeks before this encounter I had undergone full FDA required STD testing for the AI.

I take 100mg of doxy 2x/day for a dermatological condition AND today I went to the health clinic for a urine and blood test the results of which should be back in a week.  I was given a shot of ceftriaxone and pack of azithromycin

My questions are these:

1. What is the likelihood that these symptoms are indicative of an std?  And, if so, which ones?
2. If I should turn out to have contracted gonorrhea/chlamydia, does that make it easier for me to have also contracted hiv
3. Could I have contracted HIV from this activity (only pre-ejaculate)?
4- If it is one of these infections, how long before I start to feel the symptoms improve.
5- After my AB treatment should I refrain from sex with partner until HIV test
6- Should I continue with AI, the scheduled date is only 5 weeks from when incident occurred

Thanks to you in advance for your time and expertise!

This is not an HIV concern.

Thank you, Teak!  I have really appreciated your unwavering stance on HIV issues, facts, etc. despite the sometimes hostile response that you receive.

I won't lie I will probably end up paying to ask one of the Drs H, regardless, but I wanted to first hear your thoughts on it specifically, so I really appreciate your response.

So, after my AB treatments you would move forward with insems, as scheduled, if it were you?

Best, Teak! P
