Sick of it all. probably dying

Had a affair 3 years ago. Been with my wife for 6 years. Got sick about 6 months ago.

Abnormal bowel movements.

Was fatigue for a few days.
A month later felt cold CBC shown my MCV red blood was slightly low.

Started getting bumps on my stomach, scarring.

Still having abnormal soft stools, with food in them.

My wife gives blood all the time, so I know she doesnt have it. I thought I was safe since my wife didnt have it, then I found that I could have it and for years before transmission. Havent slept with my wife, been depressed. I think Im dying. Havent tested, feeling like im just ready to end it all sometimes.

Get tested. There is no point in worrying when a definitive answer is so easily available. Pleae don't keep asking, especially if you're going to just keep ignoring the answers.

Unprotected vaginal and anal with the woman. She said she doesnt have any STD's. What if I had it before my wife? Last test was 7-8 years ago. My digestive tract is all of balance.

"Probably dying"??? Of HIV??? So dramatic. And so wrong, based on all you said in your past threads both on this forum and the HIV expert forum.

Suck it up and just get tested, not because you are at risk, but because the negative result might at least help convince you that you aren't infected. You certainly have not been at risk.

Professional counseling seems in order.
