Sinus Infection

HI everybody, I had protected oral and vaginal sex with ball licking/sucking with a girl one night. 2 days after I had tingling in my troat and a little dry cough. It went away in 4 to 5 days. About 10 days later to present 18th day I had a tingling feeling in my nose, which cause my right to water. I have a stuffy feeling in my nose and a little headache. Could this be a sinus infection and a symptom of HIV. Thanks
