So many symptoms

Over a year ago,  I was living in North America and stupidly got myself into a situation and I ended up having sex with a guy (I am female). A condom was used but he was inside me briefly before he put it on. And I did bleed afterwards. I had a mild sore throat for 3 weeks (that started about 2 days after the encounter) followed by a mild cold and dry cough. I also had a couple of minor night sweats (though it was hot at this point). The main things that cause me concern are that around the 3 week mark I had a small rash on the crease of my elbow joint on both sides that lasted about a day and after about 7 weeks I was getting a sharp pins and needles burning in my hands and feet for a few days that lasted about 5 minutes at a time Never had it since but do get pins and needles. Could this be a sign of ARS? Especially as I had a bad sore throat at around 8 or 9 weeks. Between 4 months until now I have had several bouts of mouth ulcers (mainly on the tongue) particualrly from 4-8months I also had an odd sore on my lip. I also had a purple boil-type spot on my leg that lasted several weeks and eventually a yellowy-white pus came out. About 8 months after I had a hard white "thing" on one of my inner cheeks that lasted a couple of weeks. These continouus oral problems are making me even scared to go and get tested. Now I get tongue ulcers approximately once a month (which I have been susceptible to in the past, but not as frequent). What are the odds that I am infected? I am so scared to actually go and get tested.

Get tested or your anxiety will never be relieved.  I am very doubtful you caught anything, but your mental helath may be worth the test.  A negative test will be conclusive.
