Soap Massage / Vaginal Fluid / Open wound

Recently, I went to this soapy massage parlor in bangkok. Stripped and went for the soapy massage on the air mattress with the nude girl. First lying on stomach and then turned on back. While she was sitting on my legs, one time my toe touched her vagina.  I do not know if there was any fluid as we were already wet with water and soap. Within 5 min. i was to eject. I stopped the girl to move and ejected in water. Immediately we got up and entered the bath tub, where she cleaned my body and also cleaned the head of penis with her finger briefly.

Immediately after this i had a 6 - 7 hr flight. after this 7 hrs, I had very intense itch between my big toe and second toe. ( had a fungal problem)  I rubbed and then noticed that there was already a big crack between the toes but not bleeding but flesh exposed. But i do not remember the wound was open during the massage or it cracked while i rubbed it hard. I am very scared after reading about vaginal fluid and open wounds. Since I had touched the vagina with this toe ( in the water)

It has been a week since and i have a general body itching sensation particularly face and scalp.

Is there any way to catch HIV?? I am very very scared and dying of the thought.
