Still no risk. HIV is not transmitted by masturbation.

a bit i forgot to mention, I was circumcised this February and but around the scar line, the inner foreskin hasn't quite adapted (grown thicker) as yet. I read that this inner foreskin is filled with Langerhans cells.. the HIV receptors. Am I wrong for being concerned that while masturbating with the vaginal fluids on my fingers, that I could have been infected via the inner foreskin?
