Some advice please anxious on HIV risk

Hi Gentlemen, I had brief (15-20 mins) of unprotected sex 5 months ago, for the first time in my life and outside family. She said she was safe when we could not find a condom at the spur of the moment. We also were both intoxicated !!! She had a very brief history of lying around ( I assume she would have used a condom otherwise). Recently I had a CBC done. All my results on the CBC especially the TBC were within the range. Lyphocytes were at 25% (If that is lower in the range of normal 20-40%) is that a matter of concern). Does an OK WBC and CBC report 5 months after this incident indicate that I may have not been exposed to HIV Risk. Recently (2 weeks ago) I developed some itchy rash on the side of the stomach. Could be due to Heat. Its summer and temps here are at 45-50 degs and I have a sweating tendency  ! MY ONLY QUESTION TO DOCTORS WHO CAN ADVICE IS THAT : DO I REQUIRE TO GO FOR ANY HIV TEST, AS I DO NOT LIKE ONE. IT SCARES ME (TEH VERY THOUGHT). Please advice.

Of course you need an HIV test. Your other tests don't tell you anything about HIV. Test at anytime and collect your conclusive test result.
