Someone please explain how blood to blood isn't a transmission of hiv

Ok so I just don't understand how blood to blood contact isn't a type of transmission? I mean I had a scenario where I had six with a women who had her period and I had a cut on my pubic area,.. While she riding me possible blood might have gotten on my cut from her period... Now explain how this isn't a way to get hiv???. I was taught blood to blood is a way of transmission. but people are saying it's not.. Just want someone to please explain to me why not. If her blood got on my cut which is a open wound how would that not be able to get hiv?

HIV is a fragile virus and when exposed to air,PH change, temperature change it damages the outer shell of the virus and the virus cannot attach to the T cell which renders the virus inactive.

There are 2 reasons for this, one is that HIV transmission takes place inside the body not outside it and the other is that the HIV virus becomes inactive as soon as it is exposed to air and therefore is unable to infect you. This is why you never had a risk.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Lizzie's reply was HIV takes place within the body.

I' just want an answer... Because just giving an answer saying weren't at risk doesn't mean your giving advice.. I just want some one to explain my situation that's all

Im no expert. But i had a real risk with an std and symptoms. Nothing teak says will satisfy you if your that worried. Everyone here would tell you your negative. So just wait the 3 months and test for your sanity. It may not be easy. But i drove myself crazy for 20 weeks. you can wait out the 12. try to relax.
