Someone plz help me interpret my results

Recently I did a full blood count to have a rough idea of any "infections" I may have since my body is not feeling to well. I just got my results from the lab which I need some help to interpret.

   PCV 0.42         (0.40-0.55)
** MCV 63         (78-99)
** MCH 20         (27-32)
   MCHC 310         (300-360)
*  RDW 15.5         (11.0-15.0)

White Cell Count 8.3 (4.0-11.0)
Neutrophilis 66% 5.5 (2.0-8.0)
Lymphocytes 27% 2.2 (1.0-4.0)
Monocytes 5% 0.4 (<1.1)
Eosinophils 2% 0.2 (<0.6)

Platelets 287 (150-450)

Is this normal? Those with * or ** where bold and underlined. Anyone can please help me here? Thank you.

You never had a risk of contracting HIV and your  CBC results will not tell anyone about HIV.
