Sore submandibular lymph node

I had unprotected sex 4 times 6 weeks ago with my boyfriend. I recently found out that he had been cheating on me and have since broken up. I'm fairly certain he hasn't been tested so I'm not sure if he's HIV positive or not.  I'm concerned about a sore submandibular lymph node on the left side. I went to an urgent care and there is no sign of a throat or ear infection. I've also recently had a clot in my subclavian vein on the same side so I thought that might be causing some potential inflammation in the area. I know the risk of contracting HIV is low with one encounter but what about 4 times? I plan on getting tested ASAP but I'm really freaking myself out right now.

Swollen lymph nodes are not sore and painful with ARS.

I'm wondering if lymph nodes associated with HIV are sore and only in one area or if all lymph nodes in your body are swollen and painless.

3 months post exposure test will be conclusive.
