Sore throat and muscle aches

I stupidly have unprotected vaginal sex with a guy i know that had told me several times that he's tested negative.
About 5 days after, I had a pretty nasty headache, sore throat and was really achey. Lasted for about 3 days and then mostly Went away with sore throat lingering for a bit. No fever, no rash and no swollen glands as far as I could tell. I'm getting tested as soon as it will be conclusive but until then freaking out. Can anyone give me info on how often there's no fever, rash etc? I know symptoms aren't conclusive but a little help would be nice. Thanks...

HIV is not revealed by symptoms- forget everything that you have read on the internet. It's a waste of everyone's time to discuss symptoms.

As you were advised we do not discuss symptoms. HIV has no specific symptoms

I've seen plenty of responses discussing symptoms or prevelance of symptoms on here, and I plan on being tested as soon as its enough time passed. Just asking some more of a professional opinion.

We don't discuss symptoms on this forum, because symptoms don't diagnose HIV as HIV has no specific symptoms. So please refrain from discussing symptoms in future posts. I WILL NOT discuss a single symptom that you mention, NOT ONE. The only way to know your status is through an HIV test at the appropriate time, which is 3 months post exposure. Have an HIV test at 3 months and move on with your life. Again, please do not discuss symptoms.
