Sore throat and other symptoms

Two weeks ago i had gone to a gay sauna out of curiosity, i need not do any oral or anal sex. No one touched my penis. My left hand got covered in lot of sperm which was there on the chair. I have been looking at Internet since that day for possible symptoms of ARS. Now after 2 weeks I have developed sore throat, muscle aches and two red dots on side of my chest. I am full of fear, guilt and anxiety. Please help what was my risk of acquiring HIV.

I feel some needle might have pricked my feet...although i am not aware of it.. would i come to know it....also i have two red dots on side of my chest...is it ARS rash
but what about my ARS symptoms...also what if some needle or syringe might have have pricked my feet...would i come to know of such prick
