Spermicide condom

Can you tell me about spermicide condom ? are they dangerous ? I heard is dangerous for woman's on increasing their risk on STD/HIV .
Because i used Trojan spermicide condom and im worried and i will have HIV.
If the latex condom protected you from HIV then why spermicide in dangerous ?

It can cause irritation of the lining of the urethra in males and do the same thing, but you know your g/f is positive you won't be having unprotected sex.

Spermicides can cause irritation in the vaginal lining and can increase the risk of contacting HIV when having UNPROTECTED sex not protected.
