Spit in mouth

I was laughing with somebody and was facing him , and at the back of my throat i felt a speck of saliva  and i stopped laughing (that way when you feel saliva and you choke/cough) , I dont know if it was from the other person and it entered my mouth or if it was my own saliva i choked on. If the other person was HIV+ could i get it this way . Im really worried and stressed out.

saliva is hostile to the virus, further a spec or even more saliva will not be a transport for the virus... So where is the problem even if u had all throat problems... Never never wil u catch hiv this way.

I swallowed the saliva straight away as i assumed it was my own then it dawned on me a few moments later ?
