I've been in a long term relationship for about 6 yrs and have only had one sexually partner the hole time,I'm the only guy out of all my friends that does not have sex with hookers . Me and a couple friends went to Cancun Mexico and I unfortunately had unprotected sex with a female who was from Barrie ontario,I really wanna give you detail about the story so please bare with me. When I met her she was talking about the guy at the table behind us, and how she punched him in the face the night before . I never got into detail about it I kinda just brushed it off. I was extremely drunk wen we went back to her room and I had unprotected vaginal sex with her, I never performed oral. The next morning my penis was really burning me and on top of that I was having diarrhea, but the bad thing is I'm on vacation so my stomach could be getting used to the food . I took antibiotics for my penis which helped me but it was still burning so I got some azathromisin to help fight clamedia. I got back to my home town and I felt my testical swelling and in pain and I was prescribed another medication that really helped but my testical was sensitive. This was withing a 3 weeks span, on the fourth week I had an hiv test which came back negative . I haven't had a fever I'm starting to get a dry cough and have had two bumps on my uvula for the past 2 weeks , I'm also starting to see bumps in the back of my throat past my tonsils . The glands in my neck are not really swollen but I can feel them ( soft) and hurt after a while to the point I have to message them . I'm getting neck pains and sometimes under the jaw but no bumps under the jaw . I'm currently at my 7 the week waiting for my 3 month to get tested again but I've been really stressing about the bumps on my uvula and the back of my throat it feels like this virus is eating me from the inside out . At times it feel likes my chest/throat is on fire.
So back to the guy she punched, I'm putting two and two together they had sex the night before ,unprotected and the guy gave her an infection. My question is if he gave her hiv 2 nights before could there be a chance of me being exposed to it within that small of a time frame?
And please give me advice about everything else

What are my odds looking doc? Should I be worried because these little bumps r making me nervous . Again I've tested negative at my 4 weeks and been to 4 diffrent doctors all saying it dosent look like hiv
