Strange question

I am hoping someone can help me. I am going out of my mind. I drank very heavily the other night and ended up making out with a guy. The problem is that this was immediately after I had burnt my tongue pretty badly with a lit cigarette. I guess I was to drunk to feel that it was hurt and made out with the guy anyway. Please inform me if this would require testing. I know they say kissing is not a way to transmit hiv unless you had open mouth sores. Now I am scared because this was immediately after I made my tongue raw. I do not remember if there was blood. I just know that I had that weird burn feeling on the tip of my tongue the next day. Help please!

His tongue was burning because he burned it with a cigarette.  He doesn't have a bacterial infection!!!

A burning tongue indicates trouble, which should not be ignored.  Definitely STD though there are so many different types of STD's and not all can be found in lab work.  I recommend taking Doxycyline Hyclate.  This antibiotic will most definitely kill the bacteria, which is causing your tongue to burn. You will gain immediate relief upon the first day of treatment.  The symptoms will return!

Your understanding is incorrect...kissing no matter what is not a HIV risk. Saliva inhibits HIV.

thanks for replying. i understand that kissing without any mouth issues is safe. this was after burning my tongue with fire [immediately after] . wouldnt this allow the virus to enter the exposed damaged tongue tissue. i have heard that the tongue is highly vascularized so i guess i am just really concerned that this would allow transmission directly into the bloodstream.

Kissing is not a concern, you had no HIV risk.
