Stress Headaches...

Has anyone else experience headaches caused by the stress and anxiety over HIV fears?  Mine start in my jaws, and my throat feels like someone is lightly choking me!  I thought I was better! I had such a good day today!

Stress is responsible for many symptoms,including headaches,sore throats and the list goes on.Try to remain as calm as you can.

Was your encounter protected? If so then keep the rational thoughts on your mind only. Tell yourself it was zero risk again and again and there is no way you could hvae been infected. The good sir ^ getitiright above me told me this and it is helping a lot.

man i have exactely the same. i have headache all the time since three weeks now and usually i never had headache before. and i have a really dry mouth and it feels like something is in my throat but there is nothing. i had a drug needle stick of a lying around syringe on a playground and i'm extremly worried about this and have these described sympthoms since then. but i just dont wanne test again. my last test was thrree month ago after i had oral sex and i thought i would never have to think about this again and then i went to a playground and this ******* needle was laying there and destroyed everything again...
but overall by now i think these are stress and anxiety sympthoms rather than ars.

I still feel like it is something else.  How long will it take for this anxiety to let up?

usually seven weeks after your exposure. thats how long it took after my oral sex exposure and i think since the needle is a littler riskier this will take me for about 10 to 12 weeks.
