Hi there,
I understand a lot of questions on here get repeated, and, from what I've gathered, mutual masturbation is not a risk for HIV. Like everyone else though, I'm somewhat convinced that my situation is unique and I may have exposed myself to a potential risk, and any insight to alleviate my fears would be most appreciated.
Scenario 1. Met up with a casual partner. We got naked and engaged in some light frottage, masturbation, and kissing. The thing that concerns me here is that my partner (who I asked if he was HIV neg and he said I was) pre-came heavily and, having masturbated a bit roughly earlier that day, my penis/foreskin was a bit raw and sore. I assume there were micro-cuts etc present as when I went to the bathroom during the day it would sting a little when I urinated. Is it possible that his precum, when we were rubbing against each other, got into these microcuts directly from his penis and into my bloodstream? Coincidentally, I had a HIV duo test 3 weeks after this incident (I get one 6 monthly) and it came back negative. Is this any indication of my status, or is this whole scenario a no-risk situation?
Scenario 2. I engaged in oral sex (giving and receiving), masturbation, and frottage with another casual partner roughly 6 weeks after scenario 1. Again, I asked his status, he stated negative and that he tested a month prior without being with anyone since. My concern here is that, it takes me a long time to cum and, as such, at times I was masturbating/masturbated quite vigorously, to the point that the next day my penis head was rather raw and sore and, again, my foreskin stung a little when I urinated (assumedly, due to microcuts/abrasions).
However, what concerns me more is that, during the acts (taking place throughout the night, over a period of a few hours intermittently), to stimulate each other at times we rubbed our stubble against each others' penis heads while performing oral/masturbating each other. It felt good at the time, albeit a bit sore, but now (some 3/4 weeks after the incident) I'm wondering if this vigorous stubble burn on my penis head could have created a route for transmission if precum was involved.
I know oral sex is no risk, so that doesn't concern me too much, but if my penis head was red raw, and my foreskin had small abrasions/cuts (nothing bled, but very sensitive for a day or two after) could this be a potential HIV exposure if precum was involved? Or is it that, when folks say mutual masturbation is NO risk, that scenarios such as these are included in that umbrella term?
Any help would be most appreciated; I find once I've dealt with my worries over a particular scenario once (I have OCD and am well aware of my HIV-related anxiety; I am currently on sertraline and getting better) I generally don't worry about it again, but naturally, stubble burn is a new one for me that I can't seem to find on the boards.
Thanks again!
