Sudden Diarrhea

2 days ago I had sex with another male. We did alot of open-mouth kissing, i received protected oral and had protected sex. and i was doing the penetrating. I had used 2 condoms, 1 over the other as i usually do. this time around the tip felt very tight but after 15-20 minutes of penetration, i saw that my condom was still intact. i pulled it off and notice white precum on the tip of my penis. im assuming its mine.

he said he was tested 2 months ago but received oral a week ago unprotected. now 2 days later i wake up with adominal (abdominal) pain in my stomach and i had dirrahea out of no where. i dont know if it was something i ate. i had mac and cheese, dirty rice, chicken breast and mountain dew.

do i have cause for worry. please help. thanks.

Condom failure is obvious as they rip apart and do not develop pinholes or cracks. This shows that your protection remained intact during penetration. Oral sex is no risk activity even if it is done without protection. You have no reason to worry about.

Just a piece of advice. Do not use two condoms one over another. It certainly does not mean "double protection" but this arrangement is more prone to failure due to frinction. Use single condom with plenty of water based lube.

Your stomach upset could be due to any reason other the HIV.
