Superficial wound for HIV

I have a wound that is a few days old and still hasn't scabbed up, but is still only as deep as this about three of these periods. My concern is that there may have been a few drops of blood the size of this o that got on my thumb without me noticing. My questions are:
1. Is this still a superficial wound?
2.What would the risk be IF the blood got in?

1. Is this still a superficial wound?   Yes.

2.What would the risk be IF the blood got in?  Zero.

We typically don't deal with "what if" questions, and yours sounds anxiety-produced.  You cannot and will not EVER get HIV from having cuts and scarpes...even if you would HAPPEN to be exposed to HIV infected bodily fluids.
