Suspected HIV

Two days ago i had sex with a hooker.
1. I got unprotected oral (i ejaculated into her mouth) but afterwards I realised she had a tongue piercing
2. I had sex with her she applied the condom with her mouth she rolled it down to the max limit but some of my penis was uncovered (near the base) whilst having sex I saw hat my uncovered part of the penis was going into her vagina also and thats when i stopped.
My questions are am i at risk of HIV from these both expotures unprotected oral (her tongue piercing) and the sex. Further do I need to get HIV test. I'm really worried.

If your head and urethra were covered, you had protected sex. No risk

You had no risk from the oral sex.

Was the head of your penis covered during sex?
