Swillen painful gland deep into neck

I'm worried. I'm not showing any other signs but today I got horrible tender pain from a gland deep in my neck not ones under my chin. It hurts do bad I see no dental problems it started last night should I go is this it? I should note I finished pep about 20 days ago however maybe csuse I missed a few pills I don't know it's making me want to just die I'm so worried. What else should I do I wanted to have a good weekend.  I keep taking my temp but do big see an elevated temp. I did have some night sweats back a few weeks too. Thanks

You don't have an HIV concern, you never had an exposure is why.

I'm not sure why I got that warning. I have a serious gland issue along with overall generalized weakness and fatigueIm worried this could be ars because of timing I heard this is when it would start. Can someone tell me symptoms or if its the home for me now please help me im just asking  a question
