Swollen Lymph + Weight Loss

I have recently been very stressed, I had unprotected sex with a women,
The only symptoms i have is weight loss, I lost 5 KG in the past month. Maybe because of the disease I dont know or maybe its because I have lost my Job and financially stressed? My eating habits are ok not that bad.
I also recently discovered 45 days after an uncomfortable feeling on the left side of my neck, I have a feeling its swollen lymph but I dont know if it is for sure? It looks slightly swollen than the right side.
There are no bumps that I feel, well I dont know how to discover the bumps?
This is making me very very scared!
I really am hoping its no sign of HIV,
I am paranoid and scared everyday!
Kindly let me have you expert opinion on this?
I still have to wait another 45 days to get tested and Im just getting more paranoid by the day!
Other than this there are no other signs!

A swollen lymph node feeling in the throat is a common symptom of Anxiety.Loosing weight due to Anxiety is also a normal. Try to keep you're mind busy on other things.
