Swollen Lymph Node

I am hoping someone could shed some light on my exposure risk for HIV and a possible sympton. Its been about 4 weeks since I had unprotected vaginal sex and oral sex. I recently developed swollen lymph nodes (confirmed by doctor) in my neck. I dont believe i have swolllen lymph nodes anywhere else and the only other symptom would be back muscle soreness.

Does anyone know whether all lymph nodes in the body would swell if HIV positive or could it happen just in the neck?  Also, what would be the time frame for lymph nodes to swell if it were HIV. Would it occure within 3 weeks?

Symptoms are not reliable in diagnosing HIV. You had unprotected vaginal sex and need to test not only for HIV but also other STDs which are easier to transmit.
