Swollen Lymph nodes in groin

would they look like a pimple comming out of the skin. I thought they would be like the size of a baby's fist or something. How big are they, and does anyone know where I can find pictures? I have like a pump the size of a pea I guess where my thigh connects to whatever it's connected to.

Any help would be appreciatied.

Swollen lymph nodes look nothing like a pimple.  It just possibly might be a pimple you are seeing.

The time may have come for me to go get tested. I have a feeling I'm going to regret it. I probably want do it till after tuesday since it will be more than 7weeks. If I don't test next week, I'm just going to stop posting until I know something. I've been trying to enjoy life more. Go places and what not. I think I'll go to Vegas before I test. Nothing like going to Vegas to clear your mind.
