Swollen gland 1 week, Sorethroat 5 w ,Nausea 6 w

Hi
After possible hiv exposure..Gave unprotected oral , took Protected anal but not sure if condom was intact.

1. 6days .. lymph node in right sside of neck, not visible, but pulpatable.. Swollen till now day 43
2. Some arthralgias from day 4th till day 25th.. But in past i had also some like that again.
3. Some mild headaches day 10th-20th
4. NO fever , NO rash

24th DAY - Negative rapid test by fingerclick blood ( Elisa 3rd )

5. 25th day .. When I was sleeping , I felt I wanted to vomit right now.. But I didnt do at all.

27th day and half - Negative standard Anti-Hiv test.
The laboratory uses Roche Elecsys 2010 analyser. So I dont know if its 3rd , 4th or 2nd ELISA or Eclia.

6. 33rd day Sore throat , not severe , which passed WITHOUT fever or feeling unwell .. It passed in 36hours only by drinking hot chamomiles and echinachea.

7. Day 41 till now..its day 43... Feeling very mild pain and disturbing to my belly/abdomen ... Not Diarrhea..But when i did my need..felt better..And day 43,now, I fell like I want to exit some gas from my abdomen.. But also I felt nausea and little unwell...For some seconds I felt like I would soon have the need of vomit.. But it passed.
Now only some disturbing to my abdomen/stomach.

QUESTIONS
1.What about symptoms? Timeframe ? Severity? No FEVER-RASH ? No all together
2.What about MAYBE 3rd's gen Negative Antibody test at 27,5 days ~~ 4weeks? If not , of course conclusive , Maybe could it be just INDICATIVE of my status?

First of all Juan if you are concerned that you were at risk you need to test either with a duo test at 28 days post exposure or at 12 weeks with an antibody test. The oral sex element is for practical reasons no risk for HIV. Only you can say if the condom was intact but I'm sure the other person will have said. Quoting case studies from the 1980's is not helpful and even the CDC has archived these cases. Testing for HIV has improved and often one can doubt the legitimacy of these cases. I.e. We're the participants really stating the truth.

Health-Care Worker 2: A female phlebotomist was filling a 10 ml vacuum blood collection tube with blood from an outpatient with a suspected HIV infection when the top of the tube flew off and blood splattered around the room, on her face, and in her mouth. She was wearing gloves to protect her hands and was wearing eyeglasses so she did not think she got any blood in her eyes. She had facial acne but no open wounds. She washed the blood off immediately after the exposure. The outpatient's blood sample was positive for HIV antibody by EIA and Western blot, and a hepatitis B surface antigen test was negative. The phlebotomist's EIA was negative the day after the incident and again 8 weeks later. When she donated blood 9 months after the exposure, she was positive for HIV antibody by EIA and Western blot (bands p24 and gp41). She has had no symptoms

How its possible???
NO symptoms ok.. BUT  8 weeks EIA negative to turn later positive.. I thinnl/know that 6weeks its conclusive for EIA

Thats why i am scared so much....
