Swollen lymph node

Hi, I´m back (Unfortunately)

2 weeks ago, I had an encounter with a CSW. It involved protected oral sex only (I was the one receiving it). The CSW used a condom of what I think was of very dubious quality. However, it did not break.

This morning, after working out a little bit, I noticed a weird lump on the left side of my neck. It appears to be a swollen lymph node (It looks a lot like the pictures I found on the internet). Could it be HIV related? I haven´t really checked other parts of my body, but it seems it is the only gland which appears to be swollen.

I haven´t had any other ARS symptoms yet but, then again, it´s only week exactly two weeks. Actually, I´m feeling some pain in my right of the neck as I write this lines, even though it is not swollen yet. I´m having some chills now too. I had never been as worried as I am now.

You have not had symptoms because u never had a risk.

I don´t know if you guys can answer this question. I had a severe acne outbreak in my face and jawline just days ago. Could the swollen lymph node be instead related to that? God I hope so....

I know the facts. It´s just that I´m absolutely freaked out about the fact that this swollen lymph node appeared exactly 2 weeks after the encounter!

So? Is it just a freaky coincidence?
Assuming there was a risk, would the swelling of just one lymph node be indicative of HIV infection?

I´m still very scared. I had never had swollen lymph nodes before in my life!!!
