Swollen lymph nodes

Hello I would like to know is there a diffrence in the amount of swollening of the lymph nodes, compared to lymph nodes swollen as a result to HIV infection, opposed to lymph node swelling due to a sinus infection. My lymph nodes in my neck are s bit swollen. Not noticeable to the eye but to the touch. Could this be HIV. Had a small pimple like bump on my inner thigh next to groin as well can't pop it I tried. Is that bump a lymph node. Help please.
