Swollen lymph nodes...

I had sex with another male three months ago. We had oral sex and rubbed our penises together. We also made out for a long time... It seems like these activities are low risk activities for contracting HIV.

I am a bit worried because my neck is a bit swollen. Well to tell you the truth, I am not even really sure if it's swollen. "Submandibular" seems like the place where it's a little bit hard. Right below my jaws. I can't see anything swollen though (no visible lumps). The thing that bothers me is that I don't have a flu/cold. I feel perfectly normal. But I do feel a bit tired from lack of sleep.

Enlarged lymph nodes means I am fighting a virus/infection. I am scared. What do you think my body is fighting? HIV? :(
