Symptoms

Just for reference or to be more educated... when someone acquires HIV,  and they get the primary symptoms...like the fever and what not. Are the symptoms usually something that you would notice. In other words, would it feel like a cold, or more serious than that. I know not all people get early symptoms...but if they do. Thank for your help guys!

Thanks Lizzie Lou! I know I'm being paranoid, but I just posted for the doc, and waiting for reply. I won't bother you guys on here. It's just something scary, that many people worry about. Whether or not it's valid. Most people don't know much about the virus and need the information to feel assured. Sorry if this whole thing bothered you. We are all the same. In need of answers. None better than others. We all worry, we all get scared.. we are all the same. Thanks for the wonderful site, and insight. Best wishes!

A perfect place for me! :))

I couldn't resist myself from just pasting what pink said -

lol The more I hear that, the more I sound like a moron! I don't know what's wrong with me, I feel like I seriously am LIKE AN American psycho! (as I am not american) What is wrong with me. Hopefully it goes deeper that the incident..and it's a mental thing. In fact, it probably is. I'm a serious hypochondriac, and in order for me to move on...facts and info about this will better assist me. I hate the "what if's" swarming in my head.

Don't laugh... I shared a pipe with someone that may have HIV. My lips were seriously chapped, and I'm worried if there was a small amount of blood on the pipe I missed. It sounds crazy when I say it, but dude... It's consuming me. I hate this feeling!

You're not alone! :D

by the way the more you read about symptoms from the internt the more you will start to feel them and they are really not there. most people think they have symptoms becuase they read bullsh*t on the net.
