Symptons... Help everyone!!!

Well i am a 22 year old male in the United States. I had unprotected vaginal sex with one 24 year old female 2+ years ago about 2 or 3 times. About 1 year after exposure i developed a cough that lasted about 1 1/2 months and went away. And every once in a while after exposure i noticed there would be something that looked like genital herpes on my genitels that would stay for a week and then go away every 3-6 months. I also noticed that bruises would apear on my arms and i wouldnt remember hurting my arms and the bruises would go away after a week or so. This may 2007 i started worrying i might be hiv+ so i went to get tested. I did the orasure oral swab twice in may that tested for hiv 1 antibodys and they came back negative. During that period i went through extreme worrying until i stopped eating hardly at all and sleeping very little after a week of that in may 07 i started feeling week and feeling physically ill until one day i noticed my tongue turned white and i started scrathing alot on my skin and i noticed some red little dots which felt itchy and around my genitals it feels itchy. When i got the negative results i was releaved and all the '' hiv symptoms'' started going away except the white tongue but its really white and the itchy red spots. I started feeling anxiety and getting worried about my white tongue and itchy skin last month so got a blood test that checks for hiv 1/2 antibodys and it came back negative but im worried that my case might be a extremly rare case where after 2+ years of being positive body makes no more hiv antibodys. I guess im looking for peace of mind and 2 negative orasure oral swab antibody tests and 1 negative blood hiv 1/2 antibody test have not put my mind to ease and i am considering getting a cd4 cd8 count test or a test that checks for viral load. Please everyone give me your opinions on this as i know you guys get questions like these alot please help out a worried soul. What do you all think about the possibility of me being hiv positive and waiting to get tested until 2 years after having unprotected vaginal sex and the posibility of the antibody test being inaccurate or that im not making hiv antibodies anymore. Keep in mind for the last 2 years ive had somewhat of a party life and have drunk heavily many times sometimes would that be a factor or should i stop worrying and move on or get additional testing done?

so you guys think after 2 years of possible exposure if i would've caught it it could've advanced so much that my body would stop creating hiv antibodies?

No! No! No! Quit questioning the outcome of both your negative tests! You are negative.

You have reliably tested negative. You do not have HIV.

Move on.  Your antibody tests are 110% conclusive, assuming your unprotected sexual encounter 2 years ago is your only risk factor.  It is true that people in advanced stage AIDS may test negative for antibodies b/c the immune system has become so weakened.  This would take much longer than 2 years, however.  Have a doctor look at your genital sores, which is the only alarming symptom you describe (could be due to anothe STD but definitely not HIV).  See a therapist if your anxiety about HIV infection keeps up.
