Symtoms after 3 combo (4th generation test) Need Your Help

Dear Sirs.
I need your kind help. My story in short is I did a un-protected viginal sex with a sex worker here after heavy drinking, no oral or anal. I did ag/ab combo 4th generation test on day 20, its cobas 6000. Then I repeat test on day 28 and again I repeat test on day 54 (7 weeks and 4 days) all duo test .the value of index in 1st test is .20, 2nd .28 and 3rd .35 does it means any thing? I though its conclusive but then after these tests from day 60 I had flu for one week and again for one week after a week break at week 8 and 10.
Furthermore I have small bean size node on neck and more over it now a have rash type whitish lines on both sides on the gums inside the mouth, may be a rash too as i can feel wound type feeling in the mouth . These lines I think are exactly on the place where upper and lower teeth meet and now feeling a sore throat again by this week. All these symptoms are killing me. I cant go to hospital and tell the truth and ask for gp help as in this case they will cancel my work permit . The test result here comes after 2 days and you can imagine that 2-3 days waiting of result is like killing.
Besides these symptoms, I don't have fever or any rash on body, and as I have high cholesterol so loosing weight and do jogging every day of about 8 to 10 km. I feel pain in neck also and muscle pain mainly in chest and arm joint. I am a smoker also with a 20 cigrates per day and also take daily vitamens as food supliment like Centrum Silver. My Questions are 1) Is my tests are 100 % conclusive/correct as on net there are so many confusions I tried to calm myself but if start visiting webs you know it makes so depressed 2) Should I repeat the test again at day 90 (3 months) or 84 (12 weeks)..3) If no test needed then can I have unprotected sex with my wife as she don't like condom. 5) What you say about my symptoms. 6) What's your final assessment. Should I forget all and don't test and try to move the life with even not .001 percent fear of HIV.

Welcome back to our Forum.  This is a repetitive question which I answered for you back in November.  The exposure you described was relatively low risk and your DUO testing provided definitive evidence that you did not get HIV from the exposure you described.

Regarding your symptoms, you should believe the tests.  HIV tests are among the most reliable in all of medicine.  As I have said before,  sometimes after an exposure that, in retrospect, one wishes they had not had, persons tend to examine themselves and be far more attuned to genital sensations than in periods when they are not concerned.  This in turn leads to noticing what turn out to be normal sensations that might have been not noticed or ignored at other times.  I suspect that this is a contributor to your situation an the symptoms you describe are due to something other than HIV.  

Thus in answer to your specific questions:

Yes your results are conclusive.  Please stay off the internet, it will mislead you.

2) Should I repeat the test again at day 90 (3 months) or 84 (12 weeks)..
There is no need for further testing

3) If no test needed then can I have unprotected sex with my wife as she don't like condom.
Yes you can have unprotected sex with your wife.

5) What you say about my symptoms.
See above, they are cause by something else.

6) What's your final assessment. Should I forget all and don't test and try to move the life with even not .001 percent fear of HIV.
Yes, forget it and move on.  You DID NOT get HIV from the encounter you described. EWH

Your goodself is correct , this is my 2nd question but after a long fight with myself, i could not stop as your kind guilines can help to calm my self.Sorry for that.
Symptoms, i think you are correct as i never watched myself in whole life so closely what i am doing now a days watching my body in mirror, finding new symtoms (symptoms) every day.. I think its correct and i accept it..
Infect information on internet on conclusiveness is so differing which casuing me to ask for guidlines.
So it means i am 100 % HIV free (woooo:) and forget it and move my life as per old routene.  so tests are 1000 % conclusive...

Just final question , Does my rashes etc has nothing to do with HIV?
Does my test result are 1000% conclusive and forget all what happended?

For the last time- YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV.  Your rashes and symptoms are not ue to HIV.  I cannot say it any more clearly.  EWH
