TEST RESULTS would mike_no please read

Hi Mike i have been reading a few posts, well more than a few, as i am getting very concerned over my exposure and test results, and you seem to be knowledgeable about test procedures etc.

Basically I perform oral sex on male (m2m) pre-cum, 5 miutes say, mid august 2009.

So on 15/9/09 i had duo test at private clinic, came back negative. 5/10/09 ag/ab test which i presume is 4 th generation at local gum clinic came back negative. 7/10/09  duo test at same private clinic came back negative.

My problem is that the first test at private clinic had issues with AG and second at private clinic with AB. i ASKED THEM FOR MORE DETAIL AND THEY SENT ME THE FOLLOWING:

our immunology records show that:

VIDAS HIV1/HIV2 DUO - NEGATIVE

BISPOT IMMUNOCOMB HIV1/HIV2 NEGATIVE

DETERMINE HIV1&2   - NEGATIVE

NO HIV 1 & 2 ANTIBODIES DETECTED

I presume that they carried out the first two tests due to the AG issue on first test and the third test because of the AB on second test.

What I am having trouble with understanding and therefore moving on from is - test  issues onthe AG in a month-ish of exposure and AB issues 6-7 weeks exposure.

Do you have any idea why that would be?

Are the confirmation tests carried out good enough?  If I had AG  on first test would the two follow up tests have picked it up?

Would the the Determinehiv1/2  had picked up AB on the second test, if i had HIV?

Would my test from the gum clinc - even though the blood was taken out of me 1-2 days before second private clinc test have picked up the AB?

Thank you

Yes I do appreciate the need to limit repeat questions, my decision to post again, is not for oral aspect/exposure, but for greater understanding of the test procedures and timing of tests etc.
My knowledge is limited on the  capabilities of the tests mention in the above post and the AG/AB aspect of detection. I was only mentioning oral and dates which i had mentioned in previous threads, to give Mike or someone with superior knowledge back ground information.
