Teak. There is %100 conslusion. Right?

Teak, I have learnt that 3 or 6 months negative antibody tests confirm 99,9% but not 100%.
Why? Do you have any idea?

A test at 3 months is 100% conclusive. The only reason one may take longer is because of taking chemo, those on antirejection drugs for transplants and those that are chronic IV drug abusers.

Teak; 3 months is 99,9% conclusive even with ELISA.
Specificity and sensitivity are not more than 99,9.

No one will say that a test is 100%, that goes with condoms too. Rest assured that when tested at 3 months it will be 100% conclusive unless you fall within the above exceptions.
