Would all of them be swollen if I had HIV or only a few?

Those that have enlarged lymph nodes from ARS, have a lot of swollen lymph nodes in varying degrees.

To: all present
So swollen lymph nodes in certain areas of the body are only specific to the part of the body that is swollen? Only an overall swelling can denote possible hiv/ars symptoms. (I know symptoms are again, not a definite indicator) -or- is this wrong Teak?
