You had safe sex, and the chance your partner has HIV was close to zero anyway, unless she is known to be an injection drug user or the partner of an infected man.  There is nothing unique about your circumstances as well; sex in the presence of oral or genital cuts or lesions has been discussed a lot.

You correctly cite the only problem here:  "I am a hypochondriac and panicking".  I cannot solve that problem.  All I can say is the risk you acquired HIV is far lower than the chance you will die tomorrow of some unexpected accident or illness.  Get a perspective.  You describe no reason not to continue your sexual relationship with your wife.
