Terrified , Need Help : (

Eh everyone . Im 22 from Canada and really scared atm .

I will try not to write a 10 page question . So basically I had sex with a girl last week , met her the day before .

I go to her place in the morning , we start with make out , then I perform oral sex on her and finger her .
No cuts , no blood , nothing .

Then she gives oral sex to me , I lay on the bed and we slip on a condom , she rides me for a few mins then I get soft , but the condom never breaks or slips off . I had vaginal sex with her few times each about 2-6 mins before my dick would get soft . The condom always stayed on even when I become soft .

She would try and get me hard by giving me oral with the condom on , after a while we took the condom off and she gave me oral then we put on a new one .

She was giving me oral without a condom few times and shes the type that would spit alot on the **** to make it wet .

We finished and layed together in bed and chatted . Turns out she has a bf but hes on the other side of the country and this is the first time me and her ever done a random hookup . She told me she just wanted some sex .

I went to a sexual health clinic few days ago because I was terrified I may have caught something . Started becuase I had problems with my breathing .

The past year I was very chubby , so what I did was suck in my stomach and take small shallow breathes with my chest , so my stomach wouldnt stick out . This messed up my breathing but it got a little worse after the sex .

The lady at the clinic and very amused by me being so paranoid . She told me the breathing could be from anxiety , I do have anxiety problems , I am very religious and have never done a random hook up . Currently Im trying to fix my breathing again by doing yoga and other breathing exercise .

After the sex I had a couple pimples on the cheeks come out , pretty big with pus in them . I had trouble sleeping at night becuase of the breathing problem and was sweating , paranoid , searching google for symthoms of HIV and just really scared .

Clinic lady smiled and even laughed a bit said I was perfectly fine , but it was too early to do any HIV tests becuase it was only a week . The talk I had with her did calm me down alot and my breathing got a bit better .
I wore a condom but Im just worried about her spitting on my penis alot if maybe something happened there or whe nwe made out alot , we did a little bit of lip sucking aswell .

I do apologize for the Long story but I have been a nervous wreck this past week and I would have to wait atleast 3 months to do the test and find out if Im positive or not . 3 Months living in fear would kill me .

Someone please give me some input , Anything answers will be greatly appreciated : )

Listen to the clinic practitioner, and all of the replies you've received here, you never had a risk for HIV.  When condoms don't break and the head of the penis remains covered, protection is complete.

Your problem is anxiety, not HIV.  The sooner you can dismiss this worry, the better.  The longer you ruminate about it, the worse your anxiety will get.  Most of the "symptoms" you mention sound very much anxiety related.

See a Dr has nothing to do with HIV as you have been told no HIV risk.

Hello Everyone , just wanted to do a follow up .

Im currently on vacation in Europe , small village . I wanted to get tested while I was still in Canada but the lady told me test will come up as negative becuase it was too soon , usually takes 3 months to see results .

Past few months I had trouble breathing , basically Im overweight so what I would do is suck in my belly and take small shawllow breaths with my chest ,but it all started around the time I had sex and got me VERY worried , had a few sleepless nights .

And lately I had been having some throat problems , swallowing takes more effort and seems a bit heavy to do so , throat feels smaller a bit .

I havnt noticed any changes at all , body is fine , not lazy or energetic , its just the breathing and swallowing thats getting me worried abit , please lmk your thoughts on this .

GREATLY APPRECIATED :)

I did give a urine sample to test for other STD.

The timing of everything just scared me , all the symptoms / problems that I experienced happened after the sex . I have been told I am the paranoid type and over think things too much .

I appreciate the supper fast replies here , thanks guys : )

As long as you are not involved in unprotected anal or vaginal penetration or experienced condom failure during sex, your risk does not exist. In your story, any of this reason was not found. Symptoms do not mean much, there are lot more reasons for such symptoms other than HIV

Thanks for the reply : )

I was just really worried , did alot of reading online and that made me even more worried . I read that some people dont show any signs of symptoms and that just scared me thinking I might have it and not even know it .

I did experience sweats at night , trouble sleeping , bad acne , some places itchy but it could be from stress and anxiety . I guess in 3 months I can be 100% sure

Thanks again : )

A very short answer to your long story is, "You were never at risk of HIV".
