Test HIV combo Ag/ab after 28 days (used immunosuppressive)

Hi Sir,

I stepped on a needle on 4 Feb 2014 and have a risk. On 3 March(after 28 days) i have a hiv combo test and my result is negative. I have a problem that i uses methotrexate - (immunosuppresive drug) 12,5 mg everyweek from 2011 ( i have Ankylosing spondylitis). I hear immunosuppesive drug can delay hiv window period. With my case, a combo test after 28days is correct? Please answer me, pl.

Notes: - I have a test "A complete blood count" on 11/2013: WBC=7.14 K/uL; %NEU=58.2; %LYM=32.3; LYM=2.3
RBC=5.01; PLT=227
     => With that result, is my immune system as normal person and can create antibody early?
        - On 3 march, i have a test: WBC=7.32 k/uL; %NEU=68.1; %LYM=24.5; LYM=1.79; RBC=5.37; PLT=233. I see my lympho is decrease. I worry because seem that is a signal of HIV attack my immune system.

Sorry about my poor English.

Thank you

You didn't have a risk at all. You didn't inject anything into a vein.

Thank Sir very much. But i visited my grandmother grave on cemetery in evening and stepped on needle, bleeding my heel. In my country, those drug addict often uses drug at deserted place as cemetery, park, landfill...  i think i have a little risk with hiv, cause i worry about that. Is my test combo after 28days correct??
