Testicular Pain

Is testicular pain anyway related to HIV/ARS? Just wondering, sometimes I feel a short pain in my right testicle but it goes away in a few seconds only to come back a day later. I will see my doctor about it but there are no other abnormalities with it.

I've heard of testicular pain being related to having a urinary track infection (can be sometimes caused by the spermacide in condoms or by using expired condoms)
Now a lot of doctors will tell you that there is no STD that has a symptom of having pain in your testicles but I did find a couple that linked the pain to a bacteria infection (like chlamydia). Here's a link to one
