Testing accuracy, please

I had unprotected sex with an ex of unknown status...
I really do believe that I do have HIV as I have these dots on my body, muscle pain, nerve tingling and my spleen area hurts.
Please tell me why would my tests be negative and yet I have been feeling these symptoms every day and it doesn't go away?
I have had a multitude of tests done since week 4 after exposure.. RNA PCR Qualitive tests done at  weeks 4 (33 days) and 9 & 1/2 (69 days), my Doctor ran 2 different blood tests (not sure what kind of test though, just know it was blood) at a day shy of my 7th week (48 days) & and 13 weeks (94 days) weekly Oraquick's from week 4 (33 days) to 13 (91 days) and 4th Gen (COMBO) weeks 4 (33 days), 11 (81 days) and 12 (86 days) and every test have been negative.

However, I have been reading online that there are people with B Cell disorders that do not create anitbodies and therefore tests do not pick up their infection.
What other tests can I have my doctor run to be completely sure that I am not infected?
Can I just have him run a CD 4 count? Should I retest throughout 6 months?
Any assistance and recommendations will be appreciated, please....

Again you need to relax if you were one of those special cases you would have known and the rna test would have picked it up. It's extremely sensitive. The more you focus on symtoms no matter how many times you'll test negative you'll never accept your results.

Thank you Ne1989 & Wiggywig for your quick response. Im new here and didnt know I could address both of you on my reply so Im trying this again.
Im just scared that I may be one of those rare cases as my body has gone through so many changes since the "exposure". I keep telling my family that if I didnt feel as bad as I do, muscle and spleen pains, nerve ticks and these reddish/pinkish pin prick dots that appeared on wk 5 that I would believe the tests but this is beyong coincidence :( not to mention that my ex doesnt want to test so that leads me to believe he is positive and if so then it was in between our two sexual encounters (3weeks apart) and therefore he woulda been a newly infected person with a very very high viral load. And I didnt start getting sick until 4 weeks from our second time... Which is when I started testing

Symtoms do not diagnose HIV only testing can do that and you've tested. You are HIV negative. Your test are conclusive. These cases you speak of is very very rare. You even took the rna pcr test. That test doesn't look for antibodies its looks for the virus. Those test aren't conclusive but they are very accurate. You do not need anymore test. If you continue to read and Google about HIV you will second guess your results and will cause more stress. You need to relax and move on or speak with a HIV specialist.

From what I'm reading you have over tested and you are 100% HIV Negative. But if you want to get tested again to be sure test at 6 months with a standard test and I'm sure it will be Negative.
