Testing questions, HIV questions need advise

Hi to all the great people on this fourm. I have posted a few questions on the fourm about HIV. I dont meen to run the subject into the ground. But I really dont have anyone to talk to about this subject. So I can use all the advise I can get Thankx. Im a 28 year old strate male. 3 weeks ago I recived oral sex with out a condom from a sex worker.(big mistake I will never do again.) I had some skin irration on my penis at the time. I also fingered her with a small cut I had on my finger witch I had cut 4 days before. At the time it was healing with a scabe on it. Now I have been told on this fourm that there are no risk of HIV involed with what I did. Well two weeks after I went to my Dr. He pumped some fear into me. Had me do STD test and HIV test. I belive the HIV test was in ELISA test? had to wait a week for the results. Went to the Dr today. Everything came back neg. So I am confident I have no other STDs. But my worrie is still HIV. What good is an ElIsa test after two weeks? Does that tell you anything? My Dr tells me my risk for HIV is low (he told me differnt before) and getting tested again at 3 months would be great for peace of mind . But he is happy with the results of my test after Two weeks? Can you guys give me any info on the ELISA test does it work after two weeks? Also since I got no other STDs does that lower my risk. And how low are risks of reciving oral sex and figering. All advise will help me out a lot. I just want to move on from this. Thankx

Fingering and oral sex is zero risk. No need for further testing on HIV. You're absolutely ok. Move on. Always use condom and never share needles.
