Testing?

In the doctor forum a doctor told me i could go in 6 weeks, which i did today, Do you think my test would be accurate?  I have heard so many different timeframes.. Last sex Dec 20, I got tested Feb 1..

6 weeks is around 99% accurate with an antibody test.

Hi when you say an antibody test or DUO what does this mean, I have a possible infection on the 29th of dec and have had alll the symptoms. But came up negative 5weeks on a home Rapid test (blood) yesterday.

An antibody test just looks for antibodies.A DUO test looks for both antibodies and p24 antigen.5 weeks is great,12 weeks is final.

Crap, that i dont know? Will any of them alter my accuracy... Plus i got test around 9 am Feb 1 Wends, when should i get my results back.. Do I need to call them and ask what kind of test they gave me..
