, Hep B and Hep C screening done of the same CSW and results were non-reactive. Took antibiotics (doxycycline 7 days, ciprofloxacin 7 days, azithromycin 1g stat) and discharge
stopped.
Feb 8, 2008: again had burning micturation, so again a course of doxycycline for 7 days.
Feb 25, 2008: still some feeling of discomfort, got an IM shot of ceftriaxone 1g.
March 14, 2008: started 14 days course of erythromycin keeping in view the diagnosis of NGU.
March 20, 2008: Urine
report showed WBCs and bacteria but no organism isolated in culture sensitivity.
March 30, 2008: Got own HIV, Hep B, Hep C and VDRL testing. All results non-reactive.
Currently: since 1 week a minute swelling developd (1mm), just below & adjacent to uretheral meatus which only enlarges with erection and discharges pre-ejaculatory fluid (a small drop or so) on the surface through a separate minute opening.
My queries:
1. What are chances of me getting an HIV infection, Hep B or syphilis?
2. What is that swelling ? An infected follicle? Swollen mucous gland? normal anatomy? why a separate opening? will it go away? is it dangerous? what should i do?
Would really appreciate an urgent and considerate reply.
Awaiting anxiously,

You are HIV negative. You'll need to see what tests were ran for Hepatitis. HCV has the same window period as HIV but with some of the newer tests you can get a result sooner.
