I am a 20 year old female who is sexually active. I am currently in a monogamous relationship with a guy who was a virgin when I dated him and have been with him for a year and a half. I have had two other sexual partners, and was treated for gonorrhea and bacterial vaginosis in December 2016. The gonorrhea came from one of the previous partners I had a year before being diagnosed with it because of unprotected oral sex. Anyways I also have severe anxiety that manifests as hypochondria. My current boyfriend of a year and a half was negative for gonorrhea, even though he is the only person I have had unprotected vaginal sex, even while having gonorrhea the whole (and not knowing) which confuses me. (I preface all my questions I ask with this info) I am terrified of HIV and one of the symptoms is oral thrush. My tongue is only white in the back and is at its worst in the morning. The majority of it goes away throughout the day, but the very back has a semi thick coating of white. My mom and grandmother, and suitemates I live with always tell me it looks fine when I tell them to look at it. I was wondering if the back of the tongue is often kinda white for some people? Also I live in a very cold, dry climate (on the boarder of Canada). Doctors tell me I am often dehydrated. Another thing that has been going on with me is I have been constipated (I'm eating more fiber) but recently, yesterday, has diaherrea, I believe to have been from inhaling two pieces of very greasy pizza the night before. My anxiety gets the better of me so that's why I always check my symptoms which makes everything worse for me.
