The rashes from HIV

by Diggy89, Aug 16, 2009 10:41PM
Five or Six weeks ago I had a couple sexual encounter with a girl (3 times), involving no condom. Now, for the past week or so I've been getting this rash on my back. The rash stays typically less than a day then disappears, sometimes less than 4 hours. They however keep reappearing. I know rashes appear when u obtain HIV, but i can not find clear information about the rash. I tend to get different answers from different sites. So I've came here hoping to get a couple answers. One of my biggest concerns is if there is a area of the body the rash usually forms at, if so where. Also, if its unlikely to have HIV, if I only had the rash and yet no other of the common symptoms (sore throat, head pains, ect).

I can describe the rashes as larger sizes, not tiny bumps (maybe like two or three tiny ones). The shapes are different, some are roundish with jagged edges and some or pretty much thick lines. It also does NOT cover the whole back, just a section of it. Btw, like i said before the rashes go away and come back later on in the same day. Please put my mind at ease about this, I think its just my mind playing tricks on me, but a more professional Opinion.

Lastly, I like to thank you guys before hand. This site is probably one of the few sites that has logical people and I appreciate you all for taking the time to ease my concern and/or answering my question.
