Thumbtack Hiv?

About 4 days ago, a friend, being dumb, had a thumbtack in between his fingers and he gave me a high five and I got stabbed with it on the tip of my finger and it started bleeding. I heard it is a very low risk but i want to hear it from a professional and should I go and get tested?
