Tingling in Hands. Do I have HIV positive ?

It's been around 2 weeks from exposure and there starts tingling in my hands ( from wrist to fingers). I had protected sex with a sex worker despite that I do have really serious doubts. I have not been through any test till now.
After how many weeks from exposure do I really need to hurry for the tests and which ones ?

Today I had the tests after 16 days from exposure and it says negative
Need I repeat the tests after few weeks as my hands are getting numb and it's getting worse with each coming day ?
