Tingling in hands and feet in the morning

I have a tingling pins and needles feeling when ever I lie down for a long period of time. So when I wake up in the morning my feet feel hot and tingle when I get up. This last for around an hour and then is gone.

Could this be related to ARS I see that this could be a symptom of HIV?
