To someone who knows

Is it possible that someone has AIDS and tested negative with antibody tests after 6 months of exposure???

And can someone get lipodystrophy 6 months after acquiring HIV?

One wouldn't have a doubt if they were Dx'ed with PCP....they would be in a hospital, very very very sick...not posting online.

The story just doesn't jive.

Too many things "off" with his story.  He is exaggerating or flat out lying.

If you mean this guy

He also posted the same story in aidsmeds under another nickname "viktor"

He's doing a self-diagnosis.

Anyone can have lipodystrophy and not be related to HIV or AIDS. Those that have lipodystrophy in HIV is usually due to the HAART medications one takes. Zerit is one of the medications that has a history of causing lipodystrophy.

He said that had PCP and oral leukoplakia and that is the main reason why is he diagnosed with AIDS...
One more question about lipodystrophy... can someone with HIV have lipodystrophy if that person is not on medication?

Thank you for your time!
